Slow Down, You Move to Fast

Experience the joy that you see around you.¬†“Mindfulness” is an essential ingredient to good health. Life has become overcomplicated and multi-tasking is highly overrated.

Take a deep breath, inhaling slowly and deeply. Close your eyes as you exhale, letting your voice murmur a soft hum. Repeat this three more times, each time let the tension slip from your shoulders as you melt into a soft puddle of calmness.
